Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or a related field, ideally within the technology or commodities sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing ABM strategies that drive growth and revenue within strategic accounts.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities, align on goals, and drive joint success.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required to engage effectively with our clients across the North & South American regions.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and experience in developing targeted, personalised marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement highly targeted ABM campaigns tailored to specific accounts, focusing on maximising engagement and revenue potential.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to identify white space and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on goals and execution plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account to better understand their needs and identify opportunities for additional value.
  • Analyse account-specific data to tailor messaging and solutions to fit the unique needs of each client, ensuring campaigns are both effective and measurable.
  • Work with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned with Kpler’s overall growth objectives.
  • Leverage your proficiency in both English and Spanish to engage with clients across diverse markets, ensuring seamless communication and localization of marketing efforts.
  • Develop and deliver personalised content that resonates with each account, ensuring a customer-centric approach to all communications.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, using insights to continuously improve and refine strategies.
