- Lead the operational and business functions of SOL Mental Health practices and ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Build a high-performing team and implement organizational initiatives.
- Manage practice operations and partner with the Therapy Supervisor to create an environment where exceptional mental health care can flourish.
- Directly supervise non-clinical Care Team Members and partner with clinical leaders to lead assigned Care Centers.
- Partner with Therapy Supervisors to align clinical and operational priorities and address practice challenges.
- Drive patient access, flow, and experience by implementing standardized workflows across the care lifecycle.
- Optimize scheduling, provider productivity, and clinician collaboration to support patient access and outcomes.
- Improve key performance metrics, including new patient conversion, retention, and no-show or cancellation rates.
- Oversee front desk operations, patient communication, and self-pay collections to ensure a high-quality experience and financial performance.
- Lead practice-level financial and operational performance, including budget management and using data to drive decisions.
- Manage, coach, and develop the administrative care team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance while leading operational initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and cross-functional collaboration.
- A healthcare administration background is preferred.
