We’re looking for a Senior Software Architect to join the Max AI team, the group behind our GenAI and large-language-model platform that transforms how organizations interact with their data and make decisions every day. In this hands-on development role, you’ll design and build core features across the stack, mentor fellow engineers, and set the technical direction for a rapidly evolving product. With meaningful opportunities for future leadership, this role is ideal for someone who loves turning cutting-edge ideas into production software while elevating those around them.

What you'll do:

Design and build high-quality, scalable solutions for enterprise businesses with a focus on transformation using GenAI.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Max AI, ensuring seamless user experiences that delight customers worldwide.
Mentor team members by guiding them through design challenges, overcoming technical obstacles, and resolving bottlenecks to drive project progress.
Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where clear direction isn't always available—your initiative and communication will be crucial.
Engage with customers, executives from outside of engineering and other leaders from within the development team, providing key insights that drive product decisions.

What we're looking for:

Great software developers. Our stack is TypeScript (React) using graphQL to call Java/Kotlin and Python services, accessing large language models and SQL databases, deployed using docker on any cloud.
Effective communicators with the skills to articulate the detail and value of our solution architecture to external stakeholders.
Proven ability to mentor and guide other team members, fostering their growth and development.
A passion for innovation, and the drive to constantly improve your skills, our software, our culture and the products we build together.
The ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

What you’ll need:

5+ years experience building professional software with a track record of growth; background in data transformation/analytics or machine learning preferred.
Full-stack expertise, ready to learn what you don’t know and teach us if you’re ahead.
Experience in our tech stack (TypeScript/React, Java/Kotlin, Python, SQL, LLMs, GraphQL, Mongo).
