  • 4 or more years managing paid search accounts.
  • Bilingual: Spanish speaker / writer
  • Experience with accounts spending $250K+/month.
  • Previous experience collaborating with at least one other paid advertising team: paid social, programmatic, affiliate, content syndication, media planning, etc.
  • Global campaign management experience, ideally in multiple languages.
  • Proficiency using spreadsheets; familiarity with advanced systems like Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Mode, Tableau, or Clarisights

Responsibilities
  • Create, optimize, and scale at least $3 million in annual paid search investment across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to maximize program growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on channel performance using a diverse set of in-platform and internal metrics; present insights to internal stakeholders and upward to leadership.
  • Design, set up, and evaluate experiments on messaging, targeting, and site experience testing; suggest next steps and future tests based on learnings.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Decision Science teams to improve eventing signals, marketing measurement, automation, and ad-level or on-site personalization.
  • Collaborate with acquisition channel managers on cross-channel strategies.
  • Manage relationships with ad agencies, Google, and Bing account teams.
