Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
  • At least six months of experience mentoring and developing interns or full-time staff members while working on complex digital projects.
  • At least one year of experience participating in day-to-day client conversations and correspondence, including leading portions of regular calls and meetings.
  • Extensive knowledge of influencer social analytics for selecting and evaluating suitable influencers to meet campaign objectives.
  • A thorough understanding of social platform dynamics and influencer nuances, including influencer tiers and verticals.
  • Experience with influencer costs, pricing factors, and negotiation strategies.
  • Familiarity with the intersection of earned, owned, and paid media and experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital consumer trends and familiarity with lifestyle and luxury consumer marketing tactics.
  • Passion for the luxury consumer industry and interest or experience in Wine, Home Goods, Art, or Entertainment.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day account management by corresponding and communicating with clients, managing influencer trackers, preparing reporting and recaps, filing images, capturing social content, preparing call agendas and invoices, and managing budgets.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to junior staff and oversee daily workflow to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Oversee influencers during content creation and amplification campaigns, from talent sourcing and content briefing through final content reviews, posting, and reporting.
  • Support planning and execution of influencer events and brand partnerships that coordinate with branded initiatives and create organic content opportunities for partners and consumers.
  • Identify and engage potential influencer partners across channels to build a talent pipeline for clients, manage products for influencer sampling opportunities, and maintain accurate campaign budgets.
  • Curate guest lists for influencer events and oversee outreach, negotiation, contracting, and post-event approvals for guests.
  • Develop post-campaign recap materials to measure and evaluate value, including return on investment and other performance metrics.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, fostering trust and mutual respect.
