  • Coordinate with foreign offices for non-U.S. tax provisions
  • Manage GAAP and non-GAAP effective tax rate modeling
  • Manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors
  • Prepare U.S. federal consolidated and state income tax returns
  • Review federal consolidated and state tax returns
  • Manage research credit data gathering and calculations
  • Prepare quarterly estimated tax and annual extension tax payments
  • Oversee federal and state income tax audits
  • Resolve federal and state tax inquiries
  • Identify and implement cash tax planning strategies
