Requirements
  • 2+ years of Financial Services, Fraud, or Investigation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years Leadership experience
  • Graduate or PG with total 2+ years of experience in Backoffice Banking operation
  • Experience in Financial Services, Fraud, Investigations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to manage a team of 15 and above
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate new learning to staff as information, systems, and processes change

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Excellent knowledge on MS Office (Power point, Excel)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of specialists within a fraud and claims program for proactive fraud identification, prevention, and detection, as well as ensuring the recovery, execution, and handling of claims
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in fraud and claims management to maximize efficiency and enhance customer service
  • Make supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to work distribution under direction of fraud and claims management
  • Leverage interpretation of internal processes and procedures to establish performance standards, evaluate performance, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and government regulations
  • Interact directly with fraud and claims management to develop and implement functional area policies or procedures, and to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Fraud and Claims Operations
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Wells Fargo Q1 earnings: revenue expected to grow 7.6% year on year

Wells Fargo will announce its first-quarter earnings on Tuesday before market hours. Analysts expect the company's revenue to grow 7.6% year on year, reversing the 3.5% decrease recorded in the same quarter last year. Last quarter, Wells Fargo reported revenues of $21.37 billion, up 4.4% year on year, but slightly missed analysts' expectations for both revenue and net interest income. The company has missed Wall Street's revenue estimates multiple times over the past two years. Analysts have largely reconfirmed their estimates over the past 30 days. Wells Fargo shares have risen 12.7% over the last month, outperforming the banking sector's 8.5% average gain. The company will be the first amongst its peers to report earnings this season.

ARRAY Technologies expands revolving credit facility to $370M and extends maturity to 2031

ARRAY Technologies, a global provider of solar tracking technology, has increased its revolving credit facility from $166 million to $370 million and extended the maturity date from October 2028 to February 2031. The amended facility includes up to $250 million available for letters of credit. Goldman Sachs Bank USA served as lead arranger and administrative agent, with participation from JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, PNC Capital Markets and HSBC Bank USA. The company welcomed three new lenders to its syndicate. The enhanced facility will support operational execution, working capital needs and global growth initiatives.
