Job Description:

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Assess process gaps and recommend best practice solutions.

Must have:

3 years of experience in business analysis
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional experience in Information Technology
Must be U.S. Citizen

Bonus points if:

Strong problem solving skills to assess process gaps and recommend best practice solutions

Security Clearance:

Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI and polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$78,900—$124,300 USD
