This position requires onsite presence in Boston, MA.
- 6+ years experience as a software engineer or similar engineering role
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic and complex problems
- Required experience with the following: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, React State management techniques (Redux, Context, etc.), Component Libraries
- Preferred experience with some of the following: Python, Django, Celery, PostgreSQL
- Experience in an Agile Scrum environment, bonus points if you have experience as a scrum master
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a passion for learning
- Goofball who loves having fun
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our web application and services
- Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Work closely with our engineering leaders, contributing strategically and play a key role in the product development process
- Help to drive front-end engineering strategy, from processes to practice, for our growing applications
- Consider opportunity for team leadership as our engineering organization grows
