Job Description:

Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking dedicated and compassionate full-time caregivers and medication technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidates will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.

- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition.

- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the nursing staff.

- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for residents through social interaction and activities.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.

- Certification as a Medication Technician is required for med tech positions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
