Requirements
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 3 yrs minimum Experience as a PL producer or account manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a problem solver offering unique solutions utilizing all offerings at Hub International
  • You are finding a way to say YES for the client
  • You are results driven and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding your goals
  • You are always responsive and have a sense of urgency to serve the client’s needs as your top priority
  • You are a claims advocate for your client
  • You enjoy building your new business relationships by asking for the business
  • You enjoy establishing referrals through local Realtors, Notaries, Mortgage Brokers and Centers of influence in your community
  • You will seek out leads through other business lines including auto and commercial
  • You will provide top tier service to our VIP clients in Kamloops and Kelowna
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and solutions based on our client’s insurance needs utilizing our own in house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk and regular market offerings tailored for our clients.
