Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting talent and/or HR (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams and direct reports
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others
Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of outstanding recruiters and candidate experience specialists (CES)
  • Build and maintain trust with internal collaborators by consistently delivering results against the Engineering hiring plan
  • Use data and analytics to drive team strategy and efficiencies
  • Partner with key collaborators and to pro-actively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities
  • Develop innovative solutions to fulfill the intern and entry level talent demands
  • Enhance our brand presence on select campuses, external technical affiliations, and in the industry through ambassadorship, events, and social outreach
  • Seek continuous improvement to candidate, hiring leader, and recruiter experiences
  • Model the Boeing Values; promote diversity and inclusion and ensure all team members feel engaged, motivated, developed and recognized
  • Partner closely with other Senior Talent Acquisition Managers and Executives, Total Rewards, Human Resources, People Analytics, Recruitment Advertising and Communications to build the right infrastructure to support our recruiter and CES teams
  • Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in University Recruiting
  • Proven track record collaborating and building positive relationships with internal partners including business leaders, HR, and employee groups
  • Proven ability working and excelling in a fast-paced, variable environment
  • Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
