  • Provide a positive in-office experience for employees at the Support Center in NY
  • Perform administrative tasks including managing office supplies and inventory
  • Act as an interface to the building manager and office vendors
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic office culture
  • Setup special events and ensure necessary arrangements are made
  • Maintain office cleanliness and aesthetics
  • Handle daily office management tasks
  • Communicate with manager regarding office needs and support required
