That’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Returns Specialist to join our team. You will work from our Warehouse located in Troy, Michigan. The Returns specialist is responsible for quality inspection, accurate inventory transactions, and the efficient handling of field inventory returns.
The Returns Specialist will use NetSuite to receive returns back into inventory against Return Material Authorization’s. They must accurately log all returns into inventory and put them away. If the return has been used then they will take all necessary measures to clean, refurbish, and salvage used inventory. This will include cleaning, wiping old customer data, and possibly replacing parts. If the unit is unsalvageable they will follow company guidelines to scrap the parts.
