Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales or telesales experience

Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and appointment setting
  • Develop new business via telephone and email to introduce Inovalon services to prospect and existing customers
  • Handle complex lead generation calls across different lines of business to many different job titles
  • Identify appropriate buyers within the target market
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships
  • Provide feedback to help identify prospects’ pain points to determine how the Inovalon solution will simplify administrative processes
  • Consistently meet and exceed dials, talk time, and marketing qualified leads created metrics
  • Work as part of a market-driven team to develop and grow the sales pipeline
  • Actively contribute in weekly meetings by providing ideas and suggestions to the team
  • Use Customer Centric™ sales techniques, process, and pipeline milestones to manage sales
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management
  • Complete product certification for Inovalon applications as it relates to the healthcare market segment assigned
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
  • Fulfill responsibilities provided by Inovalon for achieving operational and financial success
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within the job function
