Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited Engineering
  • Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience
  • Experience in Aerospace Test and Evaluation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints independently
  • Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Assess the Change Management system for test requirement tracking, visibility, and coordination
  • Ensure requirement traceability from driving requirements to test deliverables
  • Track technical, schedule, and budget risks and opportunities in the Test Program
  • Analyze program limitations and advisories
  • Manage test aircraft configuration requirements
  • Support the development of processes and high-level program status
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders
  • May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel
  • Other duties as assigned
