Requirements
  • Must live in the Washington, DC metro area and work out of our Tysons Corner office at least 3 days/week. Some weeks will require a greater number of days in office.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have 0-3 years of operations, project management, or product management experience.
  • Has experience with medical research
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in biosciences or healthcare related fields
Responsibilities
  • Project Management – create and maintain the incubation companies’ strategic plans and roadmaps using an array of project management applications.
  • Information Management – streamline incubation communication, file sharing, notes, and workflows.
  • Logistics – support event planning for company offsites, advisor meetings, and customer site visits.
  • Market Research – conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments.
  • Data Analysis – analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision making.
  • Data Entry – accurately enter data and information into databases and systems.
  • Quality Assurance – ensure the quality and accuracy of data, reports, and processes.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks – assist with tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the platform and its incubations.
  • Process Optimization – develop and refine new operating processes for the company and its incubation companies. 
  • New Idea Research – conduct market research to help develop new idea theses for future incubations.
  • Policies & Documentation – collect requirements and update policies related to healthcare
  • Employee Onboarding – support new employee hiring and onboarding.
  • Logistics – support event planning for all-hands meetings and events at Red Cell’s headquarters (or off site).
