Responsibilities
  • Manage technical programs and projects with defined beginning and end
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor various aspects of projects and programs
  • Organize and lead activities for program and project management
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
  • Develop and track project plans, measure performance, and manage changes in scope
  • Perform risk management and establish relationships with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Establish company best practices and bring new customer requirements to Engineering teams
  • Participate in all phases of the product development life cycle
  • Manage the relationship between development team and the factories
  • Understand certification requirements and support sustaining developments and changes to programs and projects
