Requirements
  • 3 years of sales experience (1+ closing), and is interested in building new skills and continuing to grow their career at a fast-paced start-up.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and close business with repeatable processes.
  • Ability to manage pipeline and communicate deal progression to leadership.
  • Comfort with a land and expand motion closing $15k-$50k ACV deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to handle a large volume of prospects and customers.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new SaaS software applications.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Responsibilities
  • Focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, closing high velocity transactional deals with a customer-centric and efficient mindset.
  • Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
  • Own and update sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Identify acute business problems customers are trying to solve with Scribe and position Scribe as a solution.
  • Work to develop and circulate best practices in a collaborative environment.
  • Deliver live product demos to inbound prospects to highlight the value of Scribe and answer functional questions.
