- Assists radiologist with needle localization and stereotactic biopsies requiring mammography equipment
- Assists with ultrasound breast biopsy procedures
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment in order to comply with established policies and procedures of Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System and OSHA
- Maintains ultrasound equipment and quality assurance
- Performs breast ultrasound exams
- Performs daily quality assurance testing and takes an active role in meeting requirements for MSQA; quality control/assurance
- Positions and radiographs patients utilizing mammography equipment while practicing radiation safety
- Promotes mammography through community education
- Reports equipment malfunctions and need for maintenance appropriately
