- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a hardware design environment
- Significant experience with most of the above technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Develop, maintain, and improve automation scripts for the Verilog hardware design process
- Collaborate with engineers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation and system performance issues
- Document processes and provide training to team members as needed
- Familiarity with Verilog and hardware design processes is a plus
