Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications
Assist in the development of newsletters, reports, presentations, and client briefs
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure message alignment
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all written content
Coordinate with clients to gather feedback and implement revisions as needed
Support communications planning and execution for special projects or campaigns
Track communication performance metrics and report findings to leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications-related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and formatting
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat) is a plus
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
