Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver creative concepts and ideas founded on insights across all platforms for briefs
  • Oversee the execution of breakthrough integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, affinity and product adoption in Canada
  • Work closely with the marketing team in crafting strategies and insights-driven creative briefs that inspire the internal creative studio and functional partners to deliver results-oriented, brand-differentiating work
  • Partner with marketing leads on their marketing plans, inspiring and empowering them to bring brand/product narratives to life in a globally consistent yet locally relevant way
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our target audience and routinely understand the effectiveness of our marketing programs, promoting a test and learn mindset among the broader team
  • Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention teams to strategize on content creation opportunities to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer journey through the funnel
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal and company leadership internationally to deliver results
