  • At least 8-10 years of Learning and Development experience in roles responsible for organizational development, leadership and people development, project management, and experience working in global companies
  • Contribute to the overall Learning strategy, identifying new and innovative approaches in learning design, development, and deployment as well as ways to promote a growth culture, partnering in the development and implementation of multi-year plans. We're looking for more than a set of programs but real vision that inspires purpose for our managers
  • Develop a curriculum to build manager capabilities, implement a badging/certification strategy to recognize great managers, and measure the business impact of our manager program through leading and lagging performance measures
  • Implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy for managers and understand the importance of content to create a great user experience
  • Promote a culture of growth for the Talent Development team and beyond
  • Deeply understand the lived experiences of managers at ServiceNow and how we impact the overall employee experience
  • Quickly build rapport and trust to influence stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to effectively develop, launch and measure learning impact
  • Monitor projects for alignment with defined business case processes, delivering projects within budget
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and high impact learning solutions, using a variety of innovative approaches
