Requirements
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, and deliver at senior levels, including good analytical skills to solve strategically for the entire enterprise, using a global mindset to think through how one action impacts many others
  • The ability to consult with colleagues to identify issues, determine potential data-supported solutions, and analyze the impact on the broader organization, across a range of styles and cultures to form networks within and outside the company
  • Demonstrated curiosity and creativity while being a self-starter. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and integrate with the rest of the team in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must be a creative thinker and have the courage to take calculated risks. Ability to assess a situation quickly and ask the right questions. Attention to detail and strong sense of logic
  • At least 8-10 years of Learning and Development experience in roles responsible for organizational development, leadership and people development, project management, and experience working in global companies
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall Learning strategy, identifying new and innovative approaches in learning design, development, and deployment as well as ways to promote a growth culture, partnering in the development and implementation of multi-year plans. We're looking for more than a set of programs but real vision that inspires purpose for our managers
  • Develop a curriculum to build manager capabilities, implement a badging/certification strategy to recognize great managers, and measure the business impact of our manager program through leading and lagging performance measures
  • Implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy for managers and understand the importance of content to create a great user experience
  • Promote a culture of growth for the Talent Development team and beyond
  • Deeply understand the lived experiences of managers at ServiceNow and how we impact the overall employee experience
  • Quickly build rapport and trust to influence stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to effectively develop, launch and measure learning impact
  • Monitor projects for alignment with defined business case processes, delivering projects within budget
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and high impact learning solutions, using a variety of innovative approaches
