Requirements
  • You have strong fundamentals in computer science or software engineering, whether from a degree, bootcamp, or self-directed learning.
  • You can write clean code in at least one language and are ready to learn Go if you do not already know it.
  • You understand how computers and networks work, including processes, memory, TCP, HTTP, and DNS.
  • You have built something, such as a side project, open source contribution, or internship work, that demonstrates you can ship software.
  • You have adopted an AI-native development workflow and can show what it enables you to deliver.
  • You use AI tools to specify, build, and validate.
  • You debug methodically rather than randomly changing things until something works.
  • You communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work effectively with others.
Responsibilities
  • Build the platform that enterprises trust to manage their agentic systems across backend services, infrastructure, and tooling.
  • Own features end-to-end, ship production code, and learn from how the software performs.
  • Develop distributed systems intuition by building state reconciliation, failure handling, and API design.
  • Work directly with senior engineers and founders, absorb context, and contribute to architecture discussions.
  • Help establish the technical foundations and engineering culture of a company in its earliest stages.

Dome Systems provides multi-cloud, enterprise-grade governance infrastructure for AI agents, unifying control across clouds, data systems, and SaaS tools. Its platform treats each agent as a composition of code, model, and tools, connecting to enterprise systems to identify agents, enforcing policy before any action, and recording every decision for auditing. Unlike other tools that focus on access or siloed tooling, it offers a single, auditable governance layer over the entire agent estate to govern agent decisions in real time. The goal is to let enterprises adopt AI at scale with a policy-driven framework that enables secure, fast innovation.

Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Enterprise AI adoption creates demand for decision-level control, not access control.
  • Early-access design partners can shape workflows for identity and credential governance.
  • Existing SIEM, APM, and SOAR integrations reduce adoption friction.

What critics are saying

  • Microsoft, AWS, and Wiz can bundle native controls into existing platforms.
  • Open-source policy engines and gateways commoditize early agent governance workflows.
  • Seed-stage funding and long enterprise sales cycles increase financing pressure.

What makes Dome Systems Inc unique

  • Agent-native governance spans code, model, and tools across any runtime.
  • Per-action policy enforcement happens before execution, with full audit trails.
  • MCP Gateway standardizes tool discovery and filtering across connected systems.
