Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or an equivalent corporate strategic role.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort reviewing and preparing financial information and presentations detailing financial metrics and analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders and help drive change through building understanding.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and evolution of the long-term strategic plan with executive leadership, defining growth ambitions, strategic priorities, and required initiatives.
  • Maintain benchmarks for long-term performance targets and develop tools to drive organizational understanding of targets and their attainment.
  • Identify capability gaps and critical resources needed to execute the long-term plan.
  • Develop business cases for potential growth and resource initiatives and gain alignment on strategic fit, operational feasibility, financial viability, and organizational priority.
  • Build resource and capital allocation plans for approved initiatives and support cross-functional teams in developing departmental goals and plans.
  • Lead financial and business evaluations of key investments, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and major capital expenditures.
  • Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, including mapping target sectors and segments and identifying pipelines of potential targets.
  • Lead strategic investment processes from evaluation through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and external advisors.
  • Support integration efforts by developing integration plans and providing interim transition support where needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency, drive leadership alignment on priorities, and support change management programs.
  • Evaluate technology investment and upgrade opportunities and work with stakeholders to build business cases and implementation plans.
  • Work with the People team and cross-functional leaders to assess organizational design challenges and support development of options and change management plans.
  • Identify margin improvement opportunities, set attainment goals and priorities with cross-functional leaders, and track goals against targets.
  • Lead or support high-priority strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO or Executive Leadership Team.
  • Structure ambiguous business questions, develop strategic, operational, and financial fact bases, and translate findings into recommendations and action plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution, drive alignment, and ensure clear ownership and follow-through for initiatives.
  • Develop executive- and Board-level strategic materials, shape the narrative, synthesize complex information into recommendations, and present findings as appropriate.
Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools, particularly Wrike.
  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
