  • Craft and execute a brand strategy to appeal to a more sophisticated demographic seeking higher-quality fashion at an accessible price point.
  • Develop and implement a PR and communication plan emphasizing quality, sophistication, and exclusivity.
  • Direct marketing initiatives for global expansion and collaborate with regional teams for tailored brand messaging.
  • Innovate retail marketing strategies to enhance in-store experience and increase customer traffic.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team to promote creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with product, merchandising, digital, and customer acquisition teams to drive traffic and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Coordinate with Growth, Customer, and Social Media teams to integrate marketing campaigns into broader performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and social engagements.
