Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or another related discipline, or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
  • At least 10 years of total relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing software or platform delivery projects, including ownership of schedules, deliverables, and staffing.
  • At least 2 years of experience facilitating Agile and Scrum ceremonies in a distributed or remote environment.
  • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Agile Module, or comparable Agile tooling such as Jira.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, including Projects, Epics, and Stories.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library service management processes.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
  • Willingness and ability to update identification documents as needed to complete the suitability process.
Responsibilities
  • Own the schedule, staffing plan, and deliverable tracking for an assigned platform health team, including CDRL and task-order milestone reporting where applicable.
  • Provide status reporting to program leadership and client stakeholders, including risk and issue management.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and staffing needs when work spans multiple sprints or workstreams.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor coordination for deliverables tied to the team's workstream.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, for the assigned platform health team.
  • Partner with Product Owners and the Technical Program Manager to prioritize and groom the team backlog.
  • Track sprint velocity, burndown, and team health metrics, and surface trends and risks to program leadership.
  • Identify and remove impediments and escalate cross-team dependencies and blockers as needed.
  • Coordinate with peer Project Managers and Scrum Masters across the Red, Blue, and Green teams to align cadence and manage shared dependencies.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Support change management and release coordination for sprint deliverables in a 24x7 operations environment.
  • Liaise with distributed contractor teams to align intake, dependencies, and code review handoffs.
  • Follow demand through the full lifecycle in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, from intake and approval through development, testing, and delivery, ensuring traceability at each stage.
  • Maintain Agile artifacts in ServiceNow Agile Module and Strategic Portfolio Management, and produce sprint-level and project-level reporting for program leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster certification or Professional Scrum Master certification at level I or higher.
  • Active federal security clearance or Public Trust.
  • Experience in a federal information technology environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • SAFe certification, including SSM, SA, or higher.
  • Advanced facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple vendor teams and competing stakeholder priorities.
