Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex technical concepts and develop skills to create compelling solutions that demonstrate value
  • 4+ years of experience of managing Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Statuspage) Infrastructure
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Atlassian products as a System Administrator
  • Experience customizing Jira Projects with issue types, schemas, workflows and permissions and notification Schemes
  • 3+ Experience with APIs, web development, and writing scripts to build prototypes (e.g. Python, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, integration platforms, SSO (OKTA, LDAP, AD), IT Infrastructure, Data Analytics and application architecture
  • You're an action-oriented and organized self-starter who isn't afraid to get scrappy to solve issues - you have a strong work ethic and are committed to excellence
  • You're good at multitasking, prioritizing effectively across a wide variety of tasks and evaluating situational urgency - you thrive under pressure and enjoy clarifying ambiguous situations
  • AWS Solution Architect, TOGAF, ITIL and / or Six Sigma Certified

  • Create technical prototypes, blueprints to validate solution feasibility and work closely with OIT (Operations, Identity & Trust) Teams to implement the solution
  • Support our Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Statuspage) Stack and enforce best practices
  • Edit and write code, build automation where needed for validating integration solutions
  • Develop artifacts, technical alternative documents and architectural designs that meet business requirements
  • Update and maintain technical documentation, change logs and other scalable resources to improve the Peloton employee experience
  • Identify common problems, patterns and scenarios across OIT (Operations, Identity & Trust) teams and deliver homogenous solutions
  • Understanding of IT Tools, processes and architectures and able to purpose scalable, reliable and secure solutions to various teams
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with OIT Teams and translate business requirements to technical requirements
  • Thought Leadership: Internal feedback loop to partner OIT teams, management teams regarding the employee and tooling experience, OIT product features/functionality, and service implementation/management
