Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, health care, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of Trial Manager experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO setting
  • Experience with commercial IRBs (e.g. WIRB, Advarra)
  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and US and international regulations for clinical trials
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within the US
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a variety of clinical study designs
  • Assume overall responsibility for development of protocols, recruitment strategies, and mitigation activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Science, Medical Affairs, and Product teams
  • Prepare metrics and updates for management
  • Identify and coordinate study-specific training for clinical staff and cross-functional personnel
  • Manage clinical monitoring activities ensuring compliance with GCP and regulations
  • Recommend and implement innovative process ideas and recruitment strategies
  • Organize and manage internal team meetings and trial-specific meetings
  • Manage financial aspects of the clinical trial
  • Establish procedures to ensure adherence to trial protocols and timeline milestones
  • Act as the point of contact for external and cross-functional teams
