Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience running a sales process for data and technology products with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets; at least 5 years of building and managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success at the highest level in scaling revenue at another fast-paced company
- Strong executive presence, with the proven ability to influence senior leaders
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Creative mind with the ability to tailor a narrative for a specific audience
- Experience collecting customer feedback supporting product to build a better product
- Experience conducting client research and managing high-level clients
- Literate with data and technology and willing to learn and stay current with our data products
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, pitch and close high-quality campaigns and partnerships that will advance the business
- Build, manage, and lead high-performing sales team to achieve near and long-term growth targets
- Actively and accurately report and forecast pipeline and performance
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve sales process, efficiency, and productivity
- Take ownership of new customer and revenue generation to ensure growth targets are achieved
- Support junior sales team with guidance, coaching, and strategic deal planning to ensure rep success
