  • Demonstrated success at the highest level in scaling revenue at another fast-paced company
  • Strong executive presence, with the proven ability to influence senior leaders
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Creative mind with the ability to tailor a narrative for a specific audience
  • Experience collecting customer feedback supporting product to build a better product
  • Experience conducting client research and managing high-level clients
  • Literate with data and technology and willing to learn and stay current with our data products
  • Identify, target, pitch and close high-quality campaigns and partnerships that will advance the business
  • Build, manage, and lead high-performing sales team to achieve near and long-term growth targets
  • Actively and accurately report and forecast pipeline and performance
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve sales process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Take ownership of new customer and revenue generation to ensure growth targets are achieved
  • Support junior sales team with guidance, coaching, and strategic deal planning to ensure rep success
