Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the maintenance of personnel records throughout the employee lifecycle within our HRIS system for Group colleagues across the UK and ROI.
  • Responsible for all onboarding checks including checking right to work documentation.
  • Process all changes of terms and conditions, change of job role, salaries, benefits etc.
  • Issuing all documentation in relation to employment i.e. contracts, offer letters.
  • Responding to and managing colleague queries via the internal request tracker system, emails and telephone calls, escalating where appropriate.
  • Internal and External referencing and background checks.
  • Produce Staff Discount/ID Cards.
  • Access provisioning within our HRIS system.
  • Ad hoc people operations duties as required.
