Who are we looking for?
As a Financial Analyst for Re:Build Manufacturing you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis and ensuring accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. Supporting the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in ensuring effective tools and analytics be developed for the senior Management team. You will refine processes to help professionalize the business while also producing detailed reporting and analysis. You will also be assigned to special projects essential to the growth of our company. The position requires a highly motivated, "roll-up your sleeves" professional.
What you will get to do
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Contract Administration:
- Oversee contract administration activities, working closely with PMO team and various member companies
- Ensure financial compliance with contractual obligations and terms.
- Monitor contract performance as relates to financial obligations and identify potential risks or issues.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A/Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of contract management principles.
- Experience working with Program Management Office
- Analysis experience for technical / IT departments
Location Requirement: Position can be based in either Framingham, MA or New Kensington, PA and will be a hybrid work week.
