- Manage end-to-end Shopify projects, including new store development, redesigns, migrations, and feature enhancements.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Shopify developers, designers, quality assurance, content, search engine optimization, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, task trackers, timelines, and status reports.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Manage project priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate Shopify theme development and customization.
- Oversee integration of Shopify apps, payment gateways, third-party tools, application programming interfaces, and other e-commerce solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team on Shopify Liquid, application programming interfaces, integrations, and custom functionality.
- Ensure proper quality assurance, user acceptance testing, bug resolution, and successful project deployment.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and delivery efficiency.
- Strong project management skills and a good understanding of Shopify development, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
