Technical Product Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tresata is seeking a Technical Product manager to join its growing team.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our cutting-edge SaaS product. This is a key leadership position that requires a blend of strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders

• Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. 
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
• Lead the technical aspects of product management, including working with engineering teams to define requirements, resolve issues, and ensure product quality.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, and translate it into actionable product improvements. Drive customer-centric innovation to meet and exceed user expectations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and positioning.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launches and growth. 

WHAT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

1. 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or technical role.
2. Strong technical background, ideally with experience in software development, engineering, or a related field. 
3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch. 
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into compelling product solutions.
