Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, or similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and develop human resources strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on human resources policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Support performance management processes and coach managers on effective feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational development, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Analyze human resources and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and other human resources functions to deliver effective people solutions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and programs that strengthen company culture and retention.
  • Ensure human resources practices and processes comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business operations and proactively identify people-related opportunities and risks.
  • Support other human resources projects and initiatives as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience working with multinational, multicultural, or geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or change initiatives.
  • Human resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
  • Experience with human resources information systems and people analytics platforms.
