Responsibilities
  • Validates Thick/Laptop/Thin Zero Client technology and VDI and server assessment images are current prior to implementation.
  • Monitors the operation of HBSAs to ensure proper operations, and actively troubleshoots, analyzes, isolates, and takes corrective action for the root cause of problems that arise.
  • Recommends courses of action to return impacted systems to full operation status.
  • Provides support and subject matter expertise in support of ESS functional capabilities.
  • Populates, reports, and validates IT baseline elements including Operational Attribute (OA) Tagging in accordance with DoD policies and directives.
  • Updates ESA policies (ePO), creates reports, and works with USG personnel to deliver findings, courses of action, and corrective actions.
