Requirements
  • 2+ years experience working with Machine Learning teams, Audio Professionals, and/or a similar role within the Speech Technology field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience driving projects and initiatives closely interfacing with Audio Production, Product, Audio Post-Production and Engineering teams within large organizations
  • Experience working with privacy, compliance, contracts, and/or similar domains
  • Knowledge of speech technology pipelines and the standard practices within large corporate settings
  • Previously established relationships within the Speech Technology industry
  • Deep understanding of challenges specific to audio production pipelines including risk mitigation, team/studio capacity planning, and resource management
Responsibilities
  • Driving communication and tracking of complex cross-functional speech projects
  • Interfacing with Partnership Managers and Technical Program Managers, internal and client facing, across the full Speech Technology pipeline
  • Orchestrating studio production efforts, organizing the team to hit roadmap goals, tracking budgetary progress, analyzing risks, documenting decisions, and communicating status
  • Identifying communication gaps, managing issue escalations, and providing support to teams balancing competing priorities
  • Managing multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope, anticipating risks and dependencies
  • Owning the communication of upstream and downstream dependencies on the end to end systematic planning process, with an acute focus on scale, budget, and efficiency
  • Establishing and continuously improving processes, tools, and documentation to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration
  • Facilitating voice talent casting and production pipelines, bringing key decision makers to the table and providing day to day deliverables
Desired Qualifications
  • On-the-ground experience with speech synthesis technology teams
  • General understanding of contract negotiations with real world experience
  • Experience building, deploying, and advocating for agile project management tooling in an audio production style setting (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
