Requirements
  • At least 4 years of product experience, including at least 3 years in a growth or monetization role.
  • Experience working in a consumer subscription business rather than only in business-to-business software as a service.
  • Experience running product-led growth or lifecycle-driven upsell experiments in a consumer subscription business.
  • Ability to design experiments, build a basic experimentation framework, and interpret results independently.
  • Ability to work without a dedicated engineering team and identify leverage through copy, sequencing, onboarding design, and pricing structure.
  • Experience owning a revenue metric rather than only shipping features.
  • Ability to analyze customer-upgrade behavior, independently pull relevant data, listen to recorded calls, and speak directly with customers.
  • Ability to prioritize engineering work and clearly justify engineering investments.
Responsibilities
  • Own expansion revenue from the consumer subscriber base, measured in annual recurring revenue.
  • Own the full upsell motion, including trigger identification, experiment design, in-product nudges, lifecycle sequences, pricing pages, and onboarding flows.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap of product-led growth experiments using shared engineering resources and non-engineering levers where possible.
  • Build reporting and a learning loop so each experiment improves on the previous one.
  • Diagnose why customers are not upgrading by analyzing data, reviewing recorded calls, and speaking with upgraded and non-upgraded customers.
  • Launch the first experiment within 15 days and continuously ship hypotheses into sub-funnels with momentum.
  • Map and measure every sub-funnel in the expansion motion and create an operational dashboard.
  • Develop a written point of view on each sub-funnel and a model showing how expansion revenue reaches the year-one target.
  • Accelerate the experimentation system by increasing experiment velocity, sharpening prioritization, and bringing significant engineering bets to market.
  • Maintain a live revenue forecast, an annual growth perspective, and a conviction-based backlog.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to operate comfortably amid ambiguity while maintaining a strong bias toward action.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understand fine distinctions quickly in structures or philosophies.
  • Ability to develop intuition for senior and caregiver customers and design upsell experiences that feel helpful rather than pressuring.

Community Phone Expands Into California To Ease Elimination Of Traditional Landline Service With Comprehensive Wireless Landline Telephone Service

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Community Phone, a leader in transforming the communications industry by offering an easy and affordable solution to traditional wired landline service, is excited to announce its expansion into the state of California. The move provides residents and businesses in the Golden State with an affordable and convenient option for keeping their landlines in advance of FCC 19-72, which removed the requirement that telecom service providers offer “analog voice-grade copper loops” on an unbundled basis at regulated rates.“California’s largest telephone providers, ATT, Verizon, Cox Optimum and many others have made it clear they are replacing their copper wire infrastructure with internet based fiber optic cables, and leaving old fashioned landlines in the dust,” said Community Phone CEO James Graham, “This migration can be disruptive in the worst possible way for seniors, businesses and many homeowners who rely landline phone service.”While this shift saves money for providers, it is difficult for consumers to find a provider continuing to offer all the features one needs. That's where Community Phone comes in.Graham added, “After decades of tightly regulating phone companies to keep telephony rates reasonable and reliable, the FCC no longer sees any reason to require carriers to continue offering copper-wire service. As landline usage declines, rates are going up, which is why we created a phone service that allows people and businesses that require landlines to get ahead of the curve.”While much of California is now making calls through cell phones and internet providers, it is important to realize that the landline is still a lifeline for many, particularly seniors. Seniors aren't alone in this battle. 5.5% of California’s residents don't have adequate broadband infrastructure and 59.2% live in areas that have only one internet provider, limiting their internet-based landline options. Without a landline, they have no easy way to connect to family, friends, doctors, and care providers
