- Process invoice payments.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history.
- Determine the status of patients' immunizations and tests.
- Communicate with the doctor and technical staff about patients' arrivals and necessary treatments.
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian.
- Accurately input data into computer software.
- Perform other duties as assigned or reassigned when policies and procedures change.
