- Must have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and safety guidelines as applied to laboratory testing.
- Perform accurate and timely testing of routine and some non-routine laboratory samples in accordance with appropriate GMP and safety guidelines.
- Complete second person verification of test results.
- Participate in laboratory root cause investigations and quality system improvement initiatives by executing well defined protocols and procedures.
- Share technical information and best practices within the group.
- Design and evaluate experiments, methods development and characterization, support of process development/optimization and the analysis and interpretation of data.
- Conduct studies to validate methods, develop methods, evaluate new technologies.
- Sample analysis.
- Sample preparation, instrument setup and operation, data entry, primary data review.
- Coordinate method transfers and co-validations.
- Qualify, calibrate, and maintain analytical instrumentation.
- All laboratory work conducted and documented in accordance with the appropriate Quality System.
- Act as a resource for ensuring adherence to quality systems.
- The first two weeks will be trained during the day Monday - Friday 6AM to 5:45PM.
