Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the schedules of the field team
  • Act as the scheduling point of contact for the field team and retailers
  • Track and manage all scheduling communication
  • Schedule the field team according to the brands’ needs and requirements
  • Resolve the field team’s scheduling questions and issues in a timely and tactful manner
  • Accurately record the field team's clock ins/outs when applicable
  • When necessary, aid in tracking time and attendance for accuracy
  • Monitor daily scheduled shifts
  • Ensuring individual KPIs are completed weekly
  • Maintain professional relationships and correspondence with the field team and other internal departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Scheduling and Accounts departments
