- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of data analytics experience
- Advanced knowledge of analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, seasonal index, IF functions, etc.) for reporting to management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Ability to read, interpret, and simplify complex information from various sources into clear and understandable formats
- Strong critical thinking and planning ability; balancing accountabilities; flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to collaborate and share tasks to maximize efficiency towards common goals
- Collect claim data from various data sources
- Analyze claim data to report on claim trends, recovery/claim ratio, and other situational forecasts
- Provide additional data as requested by SEA and Management
- Monitor aging claim status and provide frequent notifications to team members regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days
- Obtain relevant transportation/claim data using systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS
- Collect and organize data for daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
- Prioritize and execute any ad hoc reporting and special project requests
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
- Consistently meet strict deadlines set by management with a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in Korean is preferred
- Transportation/Logistics experience preferred
