Requirements
  • Interest in technology and operations.
  • Excellent writing skills and imaginative mindset.
  • Experience with LucidChart or Figma is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in fintechs or blockchain.
  • Empathic ability to put yourself in a team member's shoes and understand their needs better than they do.
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the Revenue Operations team to ensure that all processes are clearly documented and creatively presented through process maps.
  • Learning the administrative side of Salesforce and how businesses operate behind the scenes.
  • Producing detailed process maps and documentation of all operational workflows in Salesforce.
  • Learning the configuration of Salesforce by working alongside experienced Salesforce admins.
  • Ensuring the Revenue Operations team has a current playbook for any existing processes in our CRM.
