Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Create customer personas that represent our target customer's characteristics, behaviors, and needs, and so influence and guide messaging and positioning efforts.
  • Develop our product's overall positioning in the market including: Identifying target audiences, Understanding the competitive landscape, Developing, in collaboration with key stakeholders, a value proposition that differentiates our products from the competition.
  • Develop and execute targeted long-term marketing plans / campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: Product management to understand the product's features and benefits and develop messaging that effectively communicates the advantages and attributes to our target audiences, Sales teams to understand customer pain points and objections, and to develop messaging for assets that addresses those concerns, Sales, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
  • Contribute to market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, leveraging surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other methods.
  • Support sales enablement strategies through the creation of presentations.
  • Contribute to reports on product performance metrics, including revenue, adoption, and customer feedback, to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product marketing strategies.
