- Deliver concessions, kitchen, and bar items to guests, including utensils, sauces, and napkins, while following all in-seat dining procedures.
- Coordinate with the expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, at high quality, and in a timely manner.
- Double-check that orders are correct and complete, and communicate issues to the kitchen, expediter, or supervisors.
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, and upselling opportunities while demonstrating knowledge of the menu and Cinépolis offerings.
- Clean auditoriums by removing dishes and trash and providing managers with found items.
- Assist team members as needed, including scanning guest tickets, cleaning, performing restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or the box office.
- Address guest complaints and assist with requests or direct guests to the appropriate resource when unable to assist.
- Recognize issues with movie projections and communicate them to management.
- Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures, including other assigned duties.
- Acknowledge guests according to Cinépolis standards.
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings.
- At least one year of food-running or bussing experience is preferred.
Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas operates movie theaters that pair film exhibition with enhanced seating, food and beverage service and hospitality. Guests can watch new releases in auditoriums designed around comfort, reserved seating and a more service-oriented experience than a conventional cinema. Theater teams work across projection, culinary operations, bars, guest service, facilities and management. The U.S. business is part of the broader Cinepolis cinema organization while maintaining a distinct luxury-theater footprint and local operating workforce.
