DEI&B at Nutanix

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) are four concepts that work together to boost team dynamics, productivity, and innovation within teams. For some terms ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusion’ are more common compared to terms ‘equity’ and ‘belonging’.  With DEI&B at the core of our thoughts, we want to ensure that each team member has equal opportunities to do their best work and feels valued. Nutanix believes in the power of diversity and realizes that a key component to driving innovation is cultivating diverse teams.

Your Role

As an HR Intern you will directly support the DEI&B’s team initiatives:

D - Support Diversity Sourcing Strategy through research on new partnerships/best practices (long game - special programs, universities, nonprofits, etc.)

E - Mentoring Program Development & Implementation - Research teaming, learning, coaching, and new age mentoring approaches, evolving from pilot to full program for FY24

I - Inclusion: Develop women’s inclusion programs with a university partnership (like Meredith)

B: Helping with amplification of LIFE groups and leadership training for LIFE leaders

What You’ll Bring

• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
