We’re looking to hire an exceptional individual who knows how to build and deliver an engaging curriculum, centered on repeatable playbooks that enable our Sellers and CSMs to be more efficient and effective in their interactions with customers and prospects.
This is where your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager, a dynamic role that will work across CS, Marketing and Sales stakeholders to identify gaps in business processes, product and sales skills knowledge, and playbooks and work to drive necessary actions/projects to shore up those gaps. You will be a key contributor to the success and results of our revenue teams.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive playbooks outlining best practices, strategies, and methodologies for both CSMs and AEs across customer segments, verticals, and sales stages
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of playbooks and training programs.
- Partner with the stakeholders across revenue teams (CS, Sales & Marketing) to uncover role-specific business needs, & help design programs/training to address those needs
- Own new hire ramp plans across specific businesses. Audit past content and training to ensure all relevant content is available for the field.
- Generate engaging and informative content, including presentations, guides, and videos, to support the on-going training curriculum
- Plan, promote, and host monthly Revenue Lunch and Learn program featuring relevant business topics while also extending 1:1 coaching to team members where applicable
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Revenue Enablement role, responsible for training on both CS and Sales methodologies
- Experience in a quota carrying, deal closing role - for a technical focused solution
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Command of Message and/or Challenger, etc.
- Experience designing playbooks across the customer lifecycle (Sales, Onboarding, At Risk, Growth, etc.)
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Passion for building strong collaborative relationships with cross functional team members, fostering a culture where everyone’s contributions are valued and respected
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and LMS software. Gainsight and Highspot experience a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000/year to $120,000/year plus 10 % variable bonus. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
