A DAY IN THE LIFE
- The HR Process Analyst will be responsible to be a change champion within the Human Resources department by analyzing and identifying the need for continuous improvement opportunities.
- This position will document and map processes within HR and participate in or lead change initiatives within the department.
- Will partner with the HR Technology and HR Operations teams to provide recommendations for improvement based off current operational needs and trends.
- Analyzes, reviews and conducts research on HR process design and data flow, and recommends improvement by leveraging technological capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Two-year Human Resources degree or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of training and related experience.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in human resources, business transformation, process improvement, and process documentation.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Process mapping experience preferred.
