Responsibilities
  • Align with and directly support a team of Account Development Representatives in:
  • Lead generation/prospecting - conducting research, modifying and identifying net-new prospective customers
  • Researching targeted companies and providing full packages of information sufficient to enable accurate cold and warm calls by the telesales team to book appointments
  • Determining key decision-makers within the account and creating new contacts in our CRM
  • Gathering other strategic insights using market data and industry intelligence to improve the quality and knowledge of accounts
  • Manage incoming leads
  • Develop a foundational knowledge of the MuleSoft platform and capabilities
